Hi all, I have a telephone interview tomorrow for the role of Loss prevention manager at debenhams. Anyone ever had one of these? Possible questions that may be asked would be great as well as anyone who has previously applied for such a role or similar.

At an initial phone interview, they'll just ask what sort of relevant experience you have that would make you an ideal candidate. If you've done loss prevention before for another shop, they want to hear some of your success stories, how you identified potential theives, etc.

If you make it through the telephone interview you'll get an in person interview, then have to go through fingerprinting and a full police background check before you could get the job. Since your job is preventing theft (from both customers and employees) they need to make sure that you have no criminal past.
